Ikkxa Garments Trading LLC, a company incorporated in accordance with company law issued under cr: 1347282, United Arab Emirates (referred to herein as "IKKXA", "we", "our" or "us") operates the Internet e-commerce website www.ikkxa.com (or any successor site) and its related sub-domains, sites, Services, and tools ("Website"). The Website is provided as a service to you and is intended to allow you and other users to browse and order products and other goods or services ("Products") offered for sale on the Website ("Services"). IKKXA reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Website at any time for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on the Website.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, OPINIONS, EVALUATIONS, DESCRIPTIONS, OR CONSULTATIONS OF ANY KIND FURNISHED BY IKKXA TO THE CONTRARY, YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.

In order to purchase any Products on the Website, you may either register and create an account secured by a password (the "Account") or submit your order without creating the Account i.e. as a "Guest". Any Account created is personal to you, and you may not transfer it to another person.

To become a Registered User or to submit an order for any Products on the Website as a Guest, you must be at least 21 years of age and must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. If you are under the age of 21 years, you may use this Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

4. SERVICES; ORDER, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges incurred with that order. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams.

IKKXA may not accept your order for Products if the item is out of stock, unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply, pricing errors are found, or for any other reason at IKKXA's sole discretion.

All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. SHIPPING

You shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details. Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon delivery.

All items are quality controlled before dispatch. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

6. RETURNS

IKKXA will refund your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Products should be returned new, unused, in original packaging with original invoice and all product tags attached.

All correctly returned Products will be refunded to the original purchaser as credit to the relevant card or bank account after deducting applicable bank charges.

Card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days depending on your bank's processing time.

7. PRIVACY

In the course of your use of the Website, we will collect certain information from you which will be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, THIS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY IKKXA ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. IKKXA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Swimming costumes and similar items must be tried over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.

Delicate, beaded, or light-colored products should be tried with a scarf to prevent make-up transfer and after removing jewelry.

IKKXA has made every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor.
