Return Process

1. You can request to return from your profile. Customers can also reach out to our care by communicating through WhatsApp on the number +971-507187565 or send an email to uae-customer-service@ikkxa.com

2. Once your return is approved, our customer care team will get in touch with you to process your return. The representative of the shipping company will directly pick up from the customer's address.

3. After receiving the items in our warehouse, they are examined to ensure their safety, after which the money is returned to the customer.

4. The process of refunding the money takes 14 working days through a bank transfer to the customer's account, except for Tabby and Tamara customers and gift cards.

5. The validity period of the return policy is 14 working days only.

6. In case of a return for the second time, an additional shipping fee of 20 AED will be applied.

7. In case the order is returned after receiving it by the customer, shipping fees and payment fees upon receipt are non-refundable.

8. The Cash On Delivery amount will not be included in the refund.

9. Shipping is free for purchases of 500 AED or more. If returns cause the total purchase amount to drop below 500 AED, a shipping charge of 20 AED will be deducted from the refund.
